government puts mental health money into chat therapy

I'm sure the comparative cheapness of talking therapies appealed to the government in making their decision to place emphasis in funding in them rather than clinically experienced psychiatrists which the nation is chronically short of. There is no shortage of less qualified and less experienced "talkers" who, in my experience, do more harm than good.

The problem is that people who do not have mental health issues but think they have go to "talkers" and are then "cured"

Real mental illness has a biochemical root that is not a matter of talking but one that requires surgical or medication-based treatment.
